Reservation Requirements

• All bookings must be made by guests aged 18 or over
• Valid identification must be provided upon check-in
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 12 hours
• Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

Best Price Guarantee

We guarantee the best available rates when booking directly with Arlingtons Guest House. If you find a lower rate elsewhere for the same dates and room type, we will match it.

Payment Methods

• We accept major credit and debit cards
• Cash 50% balance payments are accepted upon arrival
• Payment is required in full upon check-in unless pre-paid

Additional Charges

• Breakfast: £8.00 per adult, £6.00 per child (under 12)
• Extra person charges may apply for exceeding room capacity
• Damage or excessive cleaning fees may be charged if applicable

Special Events & Peak Periods

Different cancellation terms may apply during peak periods, special events, or promotional rates. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Group Bookings

Group bookings (5+ rooms) may have different cancellation terms. Please contact us directly for group booking policies.

Behavior and Conduct

• Respect other guests and maintain reasonable noise levels
• No smoking anywhere on the premises
• No parties or events in guest rooms
• Comply with all health and safety instructions
• Report any damages or issues immediately

Room Care

• Keep rooms clean and tidy
• Do not move furniture or fixtures
• Report any maintenance issues promptly
• Use provided amenities responsibly

Security

• Keep room keys / cards secure at all times
• Lock rooms when absent
• Do not provide access to unauthorized persons
• Valuables should be kept secure (safe available on request)
